Yeah yeah I know, worst blogger ever. I'm not going to make any false promises or lofty goals to blog more but maybe after baby girl is born I will have a little more motivation. Yep thats right I haven't even blogged about our wonderful news. We have a baby girl coming in just 3 short months!
The pregnancy has gone pretty well no serious symptoms except my growing belly, at 27 weeks today I have gained about 27 lbs. It is starting to feel more like 1,000. Ben might disagree with the claim to no serious symptoms.... I have been a little more moody lately especially going into this last trimester but he has been so patient with me.
Today is the first baby shower! Grandma Kathy is throwing one at great grandma's house and I am so excited! We should have tons of fun celebrating baby.
As far as names go we are pretty set on Kenedi Sara Sampson. Kenedi has been a favorite of mine mostly because it would be after Papa, aka Ken. Sara is after great grandma Sara, Dorran's mother, Ben's grandma.
So this morning I implored my friend Lindsey to take some photos of Ben and I outside our first place since we will be moving before too long. This up and coming
photographer did so well, it kind of felt like engagements all over again. I just wanted to remember our first place and even though I'm not a huge fan of pregnancy picks, it was good to take a few fun ones for all my friends and siblings that I wont see for the entire pregnancy :( I keep getting requests to see the belly. Well here you go everyone, she is getting huge and quite wild in there. Some days I feel like she never rests, dancing around like crazy especially when daddy is around.
We have absolutely loved living here. It was the perfect apartment to have our first year in. Its been a bit stressful not knowing where we are moving or where we are having baby girl, but I'm confident and we both have faith that whatever ends up happening will be he best for our family and our future.

Our House.....
"is a very very very nice house, with two cats in the yard, life used to be so hard now everything is better because of yooooou." I was just thinking about this absolutely awful song us kids used to sing while forced to do the Sunday dishes, does anyone else remember it??
Anyway, about seven months ago Candi asked me to blog about our apartment and I guess now I am getting around to it. So here are some pictures! I absolutely love our place and I will be so sad to leave it :(
So this is the office/guest bedroom. Its sort of Ben's domain and usually kind of messy. Its like the token closet where we throw things and shut the door if we are expecting company and don't have time to clean. Sad to admit, but true.
This is our bedroom! The closet is to the left and a big mirror and dresser are right next to where I am taking the picture from. Its not very decorated but its nice.
This shows most of the dining area. There is a clock on the left wall and it opens up to the rest of the living room to the right. I didn't take pictures of the kitchen because its slightly depressing with its 50's greenish yellowish counter tops and GM oven, and no dishwasher. Its really good enough for what we need right now though.
This nook for some reason is my pride and joy. I got this little cupboard thing for such a good deal and I painted the top black as well as the knobs. It serves as our food storage area because our kitchen isn't big enough. This is the first thing you see when you walk in the door, that is actually where I am standing is right in front of the door. To the right you can sort of see the sliding glass door that goes out to our patio.
Last but not least the Living room. This isn't a very good picture but this is also the first thing you see when you walk in the door. The couch courtesy of Doran and Karen is awesome! Of course we still have the love sac. The TV stand was a steal of a deal at Shopko and I can't forget about our fish; Angel, MJ, and Swarly who are Tetras, Bert and Ernie who are guppies, and our swimmer frog Julio.
So that's about it, our house in a nutshell!!

Ben's Birthday!
Okay its official I am still the worst blogger ever!! Agh, there's just not enough hours in the day. Today is Ben's Birthday!! We celebrated yesterday though because today Grandma and Grandpa are taking us to Maddox for his birthday, which is one of our most favorite places.
So we really didn't do presents this year because of the trip to Europe we are planning but he did need some new dress pants and dress socks so I went to Ross and along with the skirts I got myself I was lucky to find a pair of pants that worked pretty well for him. We went to Texas Roadhouse and I made, what for my baking skills or lack of baking skills, was an epic birthday cake!! We also celebrated with his mom Mike and Skyler on Friday and we saw How to train your Dragon! It was such a good movie, I was a little disappointed with the 3D though, I don't know why I just wasn't impressed. Then we also celebrated his birthday along with the Easter holiday with Ben's dad, Karen, Zach and Elizabeth. Not to mention we got to see my parents too. So overall it was like the best weekend ever!

Wow, I am officially the worst blogger ever... My sister Tammy blogs about a little something everyday and I can't even manage to accomplish more than one since we've been married! Disgraceful. To be honest I forgot the password and when I tried to reset it I realized it was going to a new email address that I couldn't quite remember. Don't worry I figured it out so now I am going to make a goal to blog at least once a week.
So this post will be to catch my plethora or readers up on the new married life.....
Both Ben and I are still in school he is just a semester ahead of me and because we are both education majors we actually have a class together which is kind of fun, plus it helps in our busy schedule to be able to help each other out. I am taking 19 credits which is a bit crazy but I am trying to hurry and finish up so you can go ahead with Ben's grad school as soon as possible.
Ben along with the 14 credits he is taking is also working three jobs (should I feel guilty?) He is a teachers aid for the school which gives him about 7 hours per week. He also works for the Space Dynamics Lab which he has worked at for the past three years and absolutely loves it, luckily the hours have gone down there to make room for his most recent job. He is employed by Bridgerland Technology College to teach engineers at ATK in Salt Lake some new engineering programs. We were lucky to stumble across this job because of the teacher he TAs for on campus and his boss at SDL. It is a temporary job that is just starting to wind down, and once again we are lucky that SDL decided to sign him on to another project as ATK winds down. I just asked him to explain it to me so I could tell you about it but since I don't understand half the words that came out of his mouth I won't be able to. All I know is that it is something that will test the air.
So those are the boring day to day elements of our life, but don't worry there's more excitement to come!
